OUTDOOR STAIRWAY CONNECTION PART STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an outdoor stairway connection part structure capable of guaranteeing fireproof performance and waterproof performance of a building in a state where a stairway connection hardware for fixing an outdoor stairway is fixed on a building frame.SOLUTION: A cavity part 50 is formed on a head part 48 of a blocked part 24 of a stairway connection hardware 20. A fireproof member 59 is charged in the cavity part 50. Thus fireproof performance of a building 12 can be maintained regardless of presence or absence of the stairway connection hardware 20. A seal material 72 is disposed on a clearance 74 between the blocked part 24 of the stairway connection hardware 20 and an aperture 62A of an outer wall material 62. Thus the clearance 74 is shielded and water is prevented from entering the clearance. In this way, water is prevented by the seal material 72 from entering the clearance 74 between the stairway connection hardware 20 and the aperture 62A of the outer wall material 62, rainwater is prevented from entering from outdoor 26 side to indoor 84 side, and waterproofness of the building 12 can be ensured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】屋外階段取付用の階段接続金物が躯体に固定された状態で、建物の耐火性能、防水性能を担保することができる屋外階段接続部構造を得る。【解決手段】階段接続金物20の閉塞部24の頭部48には空洞部50が設けられており、当該空洞部50内に耐火部材59が充填される。これにより、階段接続金物20の有無に拘らず建物12の耐火性能を維持することができる。また、階段接続金物20の閉塞部24と外壁材62の開口部62Aの隙間74にはシール材72が設けられている。これにより、当該隙間74は埋められ止水されている。このように、階段接続金物20と外壁材62の開口部62Aの隙間74がシール材72によって止水されることによって、屋外26側から屋内84側への雨水などの浸入が防止され、建物12の防水性を確保することができる。【選択図】図2
