MOLD SUPPORT TOOL, AND SLAB CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold support tool that allows components located below a flange to be removed and recovered when recovering a mold and support means after concrete has solidified, and may be fixed on a beam readily and stably.SOLUTION: A mold support tool 1 includes: a support platform 2 supporting a square timber L from below such that a part of a top surface of the square timber L is pressed against an undersurface of a flange B2, the support platform also supporting a mold D mounted on the other part of the top surface of the square timber L through the square timber L; a pressing body 8 pressed against a part of a beam B while the square timber L is being pressed against the flange B2; a connector 3 fitted detachably on the support platform 2 and fitted to the beam B by being inserted into a hole B3 of the flange B2 such that a tip part protrudes on a top surface side of the flange B2; and a covering member 7 for covering the tip part of the connector 3 protruding from the top surface side of the flange B2. The connector 3 is fixed on the beam B by fitting the covering member 7 detachably on the tip part of the connector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリートが固化した後に型枠および支持手段を回収する際に、フランジの下方に位置する各部材を取り外して回収することができ、容易にかつ安定して梁に固定する型枠支持具を提供する。【解決手段】型枠支持具１は、角材Ｌの上面の一部がフランジＢ２の下面に圧接されるように角材Ｌを下から支持するとともに角材Ｌの上面の他部分に載置された型枠Ｄを角材Ｌを介して支持する支持台２と、角材ＬがフランジＢ２に圧接された状態において梁Ｂの一部分に圧接される圧接体８と、支持台２に着脱可能に取り付けられるとともにフランジＢ２の孔Ｂ３に挿通されて先端部分がフランジＢ２の上面側に突出するように梁Ｂに取り付けられる連結具３と、連結具３におけるフランジＢ２の上面側から突出した先端部分を被覆する被覆部材７とを備え、被覆部材７を連結具３の先端部分に着脱可能に取り付けることにより梁Ｂに固定される構成とした。【選択図】図１
