TEMPORARY PILE DRIVING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary pile driving method capable of inexpensively obtaining stabilization fluid and thereby reducing a construction cost.SOLUTION: In a pile driving method to excavate a vertical hole in the ground with an auger and drive a temporary pile by injecting stabilization fluid into the vertical hole, the stabilization fluid is produced from pulverized concrete sludge, bentonite and water. The pulverized concrete sludge is produced through a recovery process made up of: a slurry production step to produce slurry by mixing remained concrete or returned concrete with water; a separation step to obtain sludge water by removing gravel, sand and fine sand from the slurry; a dehydration step to obtain dehydrated cake by dehydrating the sludge water; and a pulverizing and drying step to pulverize and dry the dehydrated cake by feeding the same in a predetermined rotary drum into which hot blast is injected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 安定液を安価に得ることができ、それによってコストが小さい仮設杭の杭打ち工法を提供する。【解決手段】オーガにより地盤に縦穴を掘削し、該縦穴に安定液を注入して仮設杭を打ち込む杭打ち工法において、安定液はコンクリートスラッジ微粉末と、ベントナイトと水とから製造する。コンクリートスラッジ微粉末は、残コンクリートまたは戻りコンクリートに水を加えてスラリーにするスラリー化工程と、該スラリーから砂利、砂、微砂分を除去してスラッジ水を得る分離工程と、該スラッジ水を脱水して脱水ケーキを得る脱水工程と、該脱水ケーキを熱風が吹き込まれる所定の回転ドラムに投入して破砕・乾燥する破砕・乾燥工程とからなる回収工程によって製造する。【選択図】図１
