SOLAR CELL MODULE MOUNTING STRUCTURE AND EXTERNAL MEMBER MOUNTING TOOL TO SOLAR CELL MODULE
PURPOSE: To provide a solar cell module mounting structure and a mounting tool that can improve workability of mounting construction of a gap cover to an outer cell of each solar cell module fixed on a roof top, a snow stop part or other external member.CONSTITUTION: A mounting structure and a mounting tool can mount an external member such as a gap cover for covering each gap between multiple solar cell modules installed in a roof to each solar cell module outer frame by a mounting tool. The mounting tool is inserted in the gap and pushed in a roofing material direction so as to be moved downward, and thereby the lower end side of the mounting tool moves while being elastically deformed so as to curve in the side direction among the gaps, and then a locking part of the mounting tool is brought into abutment with a bottom side of each outer frame and locked in a process of elastically returning to an original shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】屋根上に固定された各太陽電池モジュール外枠への隙間カバー、雪止め部又はその他の外付け部材の取付け施工の作業性を向上させることができる、太陽電池モジュール取付構造及び取付用具を提供する。【構成】屋根に設置される複数の太陽電池モジュール間の各隙間を覆う隙間カバー等の外付け部材を、取付用具により、各太陽電池モジュール外枠に取り付けることができる取付構造及び取付用具であって、前記取付用具が前記隙間内に挿入され下方に移動されるように屋根材方向に押されることにより、前記取付用具の下端部側が前記隙間の内側方向に湾曲するように弾性変形しながら移動し、その後、元の形状に弾性復帰する過程で、前記取付用具の係止部が前記各外枠の下面側に当接され係止されるものである。【選択図】 図1
