PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage tank structure and a method for constructing a storage tank which can perform construction of an outer tank liner for being used also as an outside form of an oil protective barrier by pre-construction not only in one step but also in multiple steps independently without interference with construction of the oil protective barrier.SOLUTION: In a storage tank having an outer tank and an inner tank and having an oil protective barrier, the outer tank is provided with a self-supporting outer tank-side liner. The outer tank-side liner is provided with a stiffener and is used also as an inside form of the oil protective barrier. The outer tank-side liner is plurally provided, and the outer tank-side liners are mutually connected by butt welding of a backing strip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
【課題】外槽ライナが防液堤の外側型枠を兼用する工事を、外槽ライナ工事が１段に限らず多段に防液堤工事と干渉せずに独立的に先行工事できる貯槽構造及び貯槽の施工法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、防液堤を備えた外槽及び内槽を備えてなる貯槽であって、前記外槽に、自立可能な外槽側ライナを備えたことを特徴とし、また、前記外槽側ライナはスチフナを設けてなり、前記防液堤の内側型枠を兼用し、前記外槽側ライナは複数備えられ、各前記外槽側ライナ同士が裏当金突合せ溶接により接合されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図３Ａ
