MOLD UNIT FOR SPRAY CONCRETE SAMPLE PRODUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold unit enabling a movable concrete sample, easy capping process, and production of a highly accurate concrete sample without using a spray holder.SOLUTION: A mold unit includes a spray holder 11, a sample movement tool 12, and a capping holder 13. The sample movement tool 12 is sized to entirely cover the bottom surface of a net-like cylindrical mold 14 and includes a flat movable plate mounted on a top surface of a bottom plate 11a1 of the spray holder 11. The capping holder 13 comprises: a pair of hooking/fixing members for hooking/fixing to top ends of two struts 11a2 and 11a2 of the spray holder 11; and an annular upper frame part 13a having an inner diameter that is larger than the outer diameter of the net-like cylindrical mold 14 and smaller than an outer diameter of the mold support part of the spray holder 11, and a height where the top end of the annular upper frame part 13a is positioned above the top end of the net-like cylindrical mold 14 and its bottom end is positioned below the top end of the net-like cylindrical mold 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート供試体の移動が可能であり、吹付けホルダーを使用せずに容易にキャッピング作業を行い高精度なコンクリート供試体を作製できる型枠ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】吹付けホルダー11と、網状円筒型枠14の下面全体を覆う大きさを有し、吹付けホルダー11の底板11a1の上面に設置される平板状の移動板を有する供試体移動具12と、吹付けホルダー11の2本の支柱11a2,11a2の上端部に掛止される一対の掛止部を備えると共に、網状円筒型枠14の外径より大きく、且つ、吹付けホルダー11の型枠支持部の外径よりも小さい内径を備え、上端が網状円筒型枠14の上端よりも上方に位置し、下端が網状円筒型枠14の上端位置を超えない高さを有する円環状上枠部13aを有するキャッピングホルダー13とを備える。【選択図】図1
