PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the construction cost or construction process for installing a solar cell module.SOLUTION: A solar cell module includes a solar cell panel, and a panel frame attached to the periphery of the solar cell panel. The panel frame has a flange projecting outward from the outer side of the panel frame, in the plate direction of the solar cell panel to which the panel frame is attached, the flange being provided with through holes at multiple points. A first fixing tool is inserted into the through hole of the flange, and when the vicinity of one end of the first fixing tool is combined with a second fixing tool, the first fixing tool is fixed to the flange, and the other end of the first fixing tool is driven into a cloth formwork laid on the installation surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
