PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which is free from Pb and can be burnt at low temperature and a dielectric element having the same.SOLUTION: A dielectric ceramic composition is represented by a compositional formula: 100[1-x(0.94BiNaTiO-0.06BaTiO)-xKNaNbO]+αCuO+βLiF (where, x is 0.14-0.28, and for α and β, (I) α is 0.4-1.5 and β is 0-2.4 or (II) α is 0-1.5 and β is 0.2-2.4) and has a sintering density of 93% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
