HIGH SOUND INSULATION PARTING WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high sound insulation parting wall capable of insulating a noise (vibration) at a sufficient level, and which may be installed at a low cost without increasing a thickness dimension.SOLUTION: A high sound insulation parting wall 1 comprises a heat insulation material 2, substrate materials 3A, 3B, finishing materials 4A, 4B, a vibration damping material 5, and column materials 6A, 6B. From a side of each of two rooms partitioned by the high sound insulation parting wall, substrate materials 3A, 3B are fixed on the column materials 6A, 6B, and a heat insulation material 2 is disposed in an area between the substrate materials 3A, 3B on both sides of the column materials 6A, 6B. Furthermore, a vibration damping material 5 is disposed on outer surfaces of the substrate materials 3A, 3B, the vibration damping material being made of a butyl rubber-based resin molded in a sheet-form having a thickness between 0.5 and 2.0 mm. In addition, the finishing materials 4A, 4B are disposed on an outer surface of the vibration damping material 5, and fixed on the column materials 6A, 6B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】十分なレベルで騒音（振動）を遮断することができ、かつ、厚さ寸法を大きくすることなく、安価に施工することができる高遮音界壁を提供する。【解決手段】断熱材２と、下貼り材３Ａ、３Ｂと、上貼り材４Ａ、４Ｂと、制振材５と、柱材６Ａ、６Ｂとによって構成され、この高遮音界壁１によって仕切られる二つの部屋のそれぞれの側から、下貼り材３Ａ，３Ｂが柱材６Ａ、６Ｂに対して固定されるとともに、柱材６Ａ、６Ｂの両側の下貼り材３Ａ，３Ｂの間の領域に断熱材２が配置され、下貼り材３Ａ、３Ｂの外側の面に、ブチルゴム系の樹脂を厚さ０．５〜２．０ｍｍのシート状に成形した制振材５が配置され、制振材５の外側の面に上貼り材４Ａ、４Ｂが配置され、柱材６Ａ、６Ｂに対して固定される。【選択図】図２
