TENSIONING-FORCE AUTOMATIC-REGULATION TYPE PRE-TENSIONING DEVICE AND PRE-TENSIONING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the same automatic regulation of tensioning forces of a large number of PC steel materials without reference to generation of deformation such as the deflection and elongation of a tension beam loaded with the tensioning force when the PC steel material is tensioned.SOLUTION: A tensioning-force automatic-regulation type pre-tensioning device of the present invention includes a tension automatic-regulation mechanism in which a plurality of hydraulic tuning cylinders 16 fixed to an end of a PC steel material 13 are juxtaposed on a tension beam 15 and connected together via a communication pipe 30 for bringing cylinder chambers 26 of the adjacent hydraulic tuning cylinders 16 into conduction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】PC鋼材を緊張させたときに緊張力が載荷される緊張梁の撓みや伸び等の変形の発生に関わりなく、多数本のPC鋼材緊張力を同一に自動調整できるようにする。【解決手段】本発明の緊張力自動調整型プレテンション装置は、PC鋼材13の末端が止着される複数の油圧式同調シリンダ16を並列に緊張梁15に配列し、隣同士の油圧式同調シリンダ16のシリンダ室26を導通させる連通管30を介して当該油圧式同調シリンダ同士を接続してなる張力自動調整機構を備えている。【選択図】図1
