PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide door stopper in which a striking sound due to vibration upon closing fully a vehicular slide door is suppressed, wearing due to sliding upon opening and closing the slide door is suppressed and the strength of a product itself is high.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a slide door stopper constituted by a male member and a female member, the male member is attached to either one of a vehicular body or a slide door, and the female member is attached to the other one of the vehicular body or the slide door. The male member includes a synthetic-resin-made male type engaging part which is insert-molded to a metal pedestal for a male member, and the female member includes a synthetic-resin-made female type engaging part which is insert-molded to a metal pedestal for a female member. The female type engaging part includes an engaging opening part for accepting the male type engaging part, a periphery part is formed at the surrounding of the engaging opening part, and, at the periphery part, provided is a hollow part which opens at the end of the periphery toward the direction separating from the metal pedestal for a female member, to increase the elasticity of the periphery part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
