PERMANENT MOLD INSTALLATION JIG, AND PERMANENT MOLD INSTALLATION METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance installation work efficiency of permanent mold, and enable the permanent mold to be installed readily even when a space from a steel sheet pile installed on a rear surface side is narrow.SOLUTION: A permanent mold installation jig includes: a frame installed in front of a steel sheet pile installed at a construction site where concrete is cast; and panel fixing metal fittings fixed at a plurality of locations on support posts constituting the frame and each having a through-hole for bolt fixing through which a bolt is pierced from the steel sheet pile side, the bolt being fastened on a rear surface of a rectangular mold panel positioned on a surface of the frame on a side opposite the steel sheet pile. The jig fixes a plurality of mold panels that have been laid continuously next to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】残存型枠の施工効率を向上させるとともに、背面側に設置された鋼矢板との間の空間が狭小であっても残存型枠の設置を容易に行なうことができるようにする。【解決手段】残存型枠施工用治具は、コンクリートを打設する現場に設置された鋼矢板の前方に設置されるフレームと、フレームを構成する支柱の複数の位置に固定され、フレームの鋼矢板とは反対側の面に配置された矩形の型枠パネルの裏面に締結されるボルトを鋼矢板側から貫通させるボルト固定用の貫通穴を有するパネル固定金具と、を備えている。この治具は、複数の型枠パネルを互いに連続させた状態で固定する。【選択図】図１
