PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet washing device such that a water conduit pipe can be less caught by a peripheral edge of an opening part.SOLUTION: A toilet washing device comprises a tank 20 having a plate-like part 221 provided with an opening part 224; and a water conduit pipe 33 which is arranged penetrating the opening part 224, and guides water from inside the tank 20 to introduce the water into the tank 20, rib parts 225a, 225b which extend in the penetration direction of the opening part 224 on a first surface of the plate-like part 221 and/or a second surface on the opposite side from the first surface, and guide the water conduit pipe 33 inward in a radial direction of the opening part 224 being formed at a peripheral edge of the opening part 224 of the plate-like part 221.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
