EARTHQUAKE PROOF DESORPTION PREVENTION JOINT FOR PIPE LINE CURVED PART AND UNDERGROUND PIPE PASSAGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe line curved part desorption prevention joint that can resist against a thrust force under a normal time, achieve an earthquake proof performance at the time of occurrence of earthquakes, and of which installation is easy, and to provide an underground pipe passage using the joint.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an earthquake proof desorption prevention joint 3 comprising a pull-out prevention convex part 14 protruded to an inner peripheral surface of a collar part 11, a plurality of stopper fitting parts 15, 15,...faced to an outer peripheral part of an extremity end of an insertion part 12 in a radial direction and stopper metal fittings 16a to 16m fitted into the stopper fitting parts. The insertion part 12 is provided with a high strength desorption prevention resistant part 17 having many stopper metal fittings 16a to 16m protruded from the outer peripheral surface of the insertion part 12, the high strength desorption prevention resistant part 17 is placed at an installation radius center side, the pipe end surface is abutted against the installation radius center side, and the stopper metal fittings 16c, 16d at the installation radius outer periphery side and the pull-out prevention convex part 14 are engaged to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】通常時にはスラスト力に対抗でき、地震動発生時には耐震性能を発揮でき、設置が容易な管路曲線部離脱防止継手及びそれを使用した地中管路の提供。【解決手段】カラー部11の内周面に突出した抜け出し防止凸部14と、差し込み部12の先端側外周部に半径方向に向けた複数のストッパー嵌合部15,15...と、ストッパー嵌合部に嵌合させたストッパー金具16a〜16mとを備え、差し込み部12には、差し込み部12の外周面からストッパー金具16a〜16mを多く突出させてなる強強度離脱抵抗部17を備え、強強度離脱抵抗部17を布設半径中心側に配置させ、布設半径中心側で管体端面を突き合わせ、布設半径外周側のストッパー金具16c,16dと抜け出し防止用凸部14とを係合させるようにしている管路曲線部用耐震離脱防止継手3である。【選択図】図3
