PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation guidance attention evocation device that can provide excellent visibility even from far away, and moreover, reduces power requirements and has high luminous efficiency.SOLUTION: Adopted technical means includes: a plurality of blades 1 are upright and fixed to a base 2 symmetrically at equal intervals and rotate around the longitudinal axis by receiving wind power, enabling a wind power generator 3 to generate power by the torque, and enabling a power storage device 31 to store the power; a luminous plate 4 holding luminous material is attached to the surface of the blades 1, an ultraviolet light source 5 supplied with power from the power storage device 31 is installed on the base 2, ultraviolet rays by the ultraviolet light source 5 are radiated to the luminous plat 4 and stored, and thereby the surface of the blades 1 is made capable of emitting light; and a light source switch 7 enables blink control of the light-emitting time of the ultraviolet light source 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 遠方からでも良好な視認性を得ることができ、しかも、省電力で発光効率の高い避難誘導用注意喚起装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 複数のブレード１を基台２に等間隔かつ対称的に起立固定して、風力を受けて縦軸回りに回転して、このトルクにより風力発電機３で発電可能にして、この電力を蓄電装置31に蓄電可能にする一方、前記ブレード１の表面には、蓄光材が担持されてなる蓄光板４を止着して、かつ、前記基台２には、前記蓄電装置31から電力が供給される紫外線光源５を配設して、この紫外線光源５による紫外線が前記蓄光板４に照射されて蓄光されることによってブレード１の表面を発光可能にするとともに、この紫外線光源５の発光時間を、光源スイッチ７によって点滅制御可能にするという技術的手段を採用した。【選択図】 図１
