SUSPENSION BOLT SANDWICHING FIXTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To function as an earthquake-resistant strengthening member for preventing deformation of a metal fitting 2 itself and C-shaped steel itself and unintentional movement of threaded engagement of a suspension bolt 3, or to suspend-fix the suspension bolt 3 by fastening operation by a fastening nut 31 above-below a suspension bolt sandwiching part 62 without relying on a nut hole screwing-in system, by contacting-supporting an undersurface part of a suspension bolt installing metal fitting 2 of a system of screwing in the suspension bolt 3 with a predetermined threaded engagement tolerance in a nut hole by being provided on the opening side of C-shaped steel 12, by a suspension bolt sandwiching part 62.SOLUTION: A suspension bolt sandwiching fixture 6 is integrally molded in a side surface view substantially L shape by oppositely separating a side surface fixing part 61 fixed to a side surface part of C-shaped steel 12 and a suspension bolt sandwiching part 62 for sandwiching and fixing a suspension bolt 3 by externally fitting and inserting a suspension bolt 3 by making a substantially outer diameter width of the suspension bolt 3 exist, and is constituted so that both can be sandwiched and fixed by fastening and pressure-contacting via a fastening bolt 63 by contacting and sandwiching the suspension bolt 3 from both sides between sandwiching pieces 621.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】C型鋼12の開口側に設けられてナット孔に所定の螺合公差をもって吊りボルト3を螺入する方式の吊りボルト取付金具2の下面部を、吊りボルト挟持部62によって当接支持して金具2自体とC型鋼自体の変形や、吊りボルト3の螺合ブレを防止する耐震補強部材として機能でき、或いは、吊りボルト挟持部62の上下で締結ナット31による締め付け操作で吊りボルト3をナット孔螺入方式によらず垂下固定できるようにする。【解決手段】吊りボルト挟持固定金具6を、C型鋼12の側面部に固定される側面固定部61と、吊りボルト3を外嵌挿入して挟持固定する吊りボルト挟持部62とを吊りボルト3の略外径幅を存して対向離間せしめ、側面視略L字状に一体成形し、両者を挟持片621間で吊りボルト3を両側から面接挟持し、締結ボルト63を介して締め付け圧接することで挟持固定可能に構成する。【選択図】 図1
