UNDERGROUND SKELETON CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for shortening a construction period by performing foundation work for a new building in a state in which an existing underground skeleton is retained.SOLUTION: In an existing underground skeleton demolition work method, a working platform is supported by a support supported by an existing underground skeleton, a temporary beam and a temporary column; the temporary beam is made of a steel frame; a steel-frame temporary beam is provided perpendicularly to the existing beam, astride the existing beam destroyed by a through-hole, between the existing beams in which the through-hole cannot be made; and the through-hole including the existing beam is formed by using an all-around rotation excavator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】既存地下躯体を存置した状態で新規建物の基礎工事を行い、工期を短縮する工法を提供する。【解決手段】作業構台を既存地下躯体と仮設梁と仮設柱とによって支持される支柱で支え、仮設梁を鉄骨で構成し、貫通孔があけられない既存梁同士の間を、貫通孔によって破壊される既存梁を跨いで既存梁に直交して鉄骨製仮設梁を設け、全周回転掘削機を用いて既存梁を含む貫通孔を形成する既存地下躯体解体工事方法。【選択図】図3
