DRIER OF ASPHALT PLANT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drier of an asphalt plant capable of sufficiently removing moisture of the aggregate inside, even when the heat treatment temperature of an aggregate is low.SOLUTION: A plate-like heat shield mixing blade 14 of bending in a cross-sectional substantially dog-leg shape, is supported with a clearance capable of passing an aggregate between a peripheral wall in a drum 2 and itself, while arranging in a plurality along the longitudinal direction of the drum 2, on an inner peripheral wall of the drum 2 on the aggregate discharge side for forming a burner flame 13. While mixing while slipping down along a surface of the heat shield mixing blade 14 by scraping up a part of the aggregate by the heat shield mixing blade 14, radiation heat from the burner flame 13 is shielded by slipping down to the lower side of the heat shield mixing blade 14 along the inner peripheral wall of the drum 2 without scraping up the other part of the aggregate by the clearance. Thus, heating temperature rise treatment of the aggregate is executed in a front half part of the drum 2, and while restraining a rise in the aggregate temperature as much as possible in an area around the burner flame 13 of a rear half part of the drum 2, treatment time required for removing moisture of the aggregate inside is sufficiently secured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 骨材の加熱処理温度が低い場合でも、骨材内部の水分を十分に除去可能なアスファルトプラントのドライヤを提供する。【解決手段】 バーナ火炎13が形成される骨材排出側のドラム2内周壁には、断面略へ字形状に折曲した板状の遮熱混合羽根14をドラム2長手方向に沿って複数配置しながら、ドラム2内周壁との間に骨材が通過可能な隙間を持たせて支持する。そして、前記遮熱混合羽根14によって骨材の一部を掻き上げて遮熱混合羽根14表面に沿って滑り落としながら混合する一方、骨材の他部を前記隙間にて掻き上げることなくドラム2内周壁に沿って遮熱混合羽根14の下方側へ滑り落としてバーナ火炎13からの輻射熱を遮るようにする。これによって、骨材の加熱昇温処理をドラム2前半部にて行い、ドラム2後半部のバーナ火炎13まわりの領域では骨材温度の上昇を極力抑えながら骨材内部の水分の除去に必要とされる処理時間を十分に確保する。【選択図】 図1
