ROTATION METHOD OF STEEL PIPE WITH TIP BLADE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional steel pipe with blade such as loosening and clearance occurred between an outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe and an inner wall surface of a drilling hole due to weakening of adhesion force between the foundation and the steel pipe with blade, which is caused by autogenous shrinkage of cement milk after the cement milk is injected with pressure into the drilling hole and the cement milk cures.SOLUTION: A rotation method of a steel pipe with tip blade comprises at least following processes of: screwing the steel pipe with blade into a base of a drilling hole and injecting a cement fluid added with bloating agent in advance that has bloating action; installing soil cement by agitating and mixing the cement fluid with drilled sediment; and bloating the soil cement installed around the base of the steel pipe with blade in the drilling hole and making the soil cement generate an expansive pressure in inverted tapered shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11D
【課題】翼付き鋼管杭では、セメントミルク等を掘削孔内に加圧注入し、そのセメントミルク等が硬化すると自己収縮してしまい地盤及び翼付き鋼管杭の密着力が弱くなり、鋼管杭の外周面と掘削孔の内壁面との間に緩みや隙間が生じていた。【解決手段】掘削孔の基部に先端翼付き鋼管杭をねじ込むと共に予め膨張作用を有する発泡剤を添加したセメント流動物を注入する工程と、掘削土壌と攪拌混合することによりソイルセメントを造成する工程と、掘削孔中の先端翼付き鋼管杭の基部周辺に造成したソイルセメントを膨張させ、ソイルセメントが逆テーパー形状の膨張圧力を生起する工程を少なくとも有する先端翼付き鋼管杭の回転工法。【選択図】図11D
