SCREW AND ADHESIVE AGENT INJECTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw which can sufficiently disperse an adhesive agent between laminated plate-like members, and to provide an injection method of an adhesive agent.SOLUTION: A screw (1) is a screw for injecting an adhesive agent between laminated plate-like members, and includes: a shaft part (10) in which a spiral thread (11) is formed on an outer peripheral surface; and a screw tip part (20) which continues to the shaft part (10). The shaft part (10) has a hollow shape which becomes a flow passage of an adhesive agent (40), and the screw tip part (20) has a hollow shape communicating with the flow passage of the shaft part (10), and a slit (22) is formed which becomes a discharge port of the adhesive agent (40). An injection method of an adhesive agent includes steps of: exposing the screw tip part (20) between the first and second plate-like members by screwing the screw (1) in the first plate-like member; and filling the adhesive agent(40) in a gap between the first and second plate-like members, by injecting the adhesive agent (40) in the shaft part (10) of the screw (1) and discharging the adhesive agent (40) from the slit (22) of the screw tip part (20).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】積層された板状部材間に接着剤を十分に拡散できるネジ及び接着剤の注入方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のネジ(1)は、積層された板状部材間に接着剤を注入するネジであって、外周面にらせん状のネジ山(11)が形成された軸部(10)と、この軸部(10)と連なるネジ先部(20)とを備え、軸部(10)は接着剤(40)の流路となる中空形状を有し、ネジ先部(20)は軸部(10)の流路と連通する中空形状を有し、かつ接着剤(40)の吐出口となるスリット(22)が形成されている。本発明の接着剤の注入方法は、第1の板状部材にネジ(1)を打ち込むことにより、第1及び第2の板状部材間にネジ先部(20)を露出する工程と、ネジ(1)の軸部(10)に接着剤(40)を注入し、ネジ先部(20)のスリット(22)から接着剤(40)を排出することにより、第1及び第2の板状部材との隙間に接着剤(40)を充填する工程とを備えている。【選択図】図6
