PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display device attachment apparatus and a video display device attachment structure capable of improving heat dissipation properties and suppressing reduction of acoustic performance while a video display device can be installed in an embedded manner.SOLUTION: A video display device attachment apparatus 1 comprises: a holding member 16 holding a video display device 8 provided to be embedded in a wall; and a porous plate body 20 having multiple vent holes provided therein to pass through air in a wall thickness direction and provided to constitute four wall surfaces of the video display device, the vent holes on the four wall surfaces communicating with a rear side space 12 of the video display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
