PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a long pile to be installed.SOLUTION: A foundation improvement unit 3 comprises: a tubular rod 13 which has a boring tool 14 on its lower part that bores a hole to be injected with a foundation improving material and is vertically disposed as a channel for the foundation improving material; a leader 9 which is erected at rear side of the rod 13; an attached leader 10 which is lighter in weight per unit length compared to the leader 9 and erected on an upper end of the leader 9 so as to be stretchable above the leader 9; a rail 11a which is disposed across the leader 9 and the attached leader 10; a swivel joint 16 which is fitted to an upper end of the rod 13 so that the swivel joint can relatively rotate and move up and down along the rail 11a, and is connected with a hose for feeding the foundation improving material; a rod chuck 12 which is fitted so as to move up and down along the rail 11a, and holds or releases the rod 13 and rotates the held rod 13; and a lifting mechanism 17 which moves up and down the rod chuck 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】長い杭を打つことを可能にする。【解決手段】地盤改良ユニット3は、地盤改良材を注入する穴を掘削する掘削具14が下部に取り付けられ、地盤改良材の流路として鉛直に配置される管状のロッド13と、ロッド13よりも後方に立設されるリーダ9と、リーダ9と比較して単位長さ当たりの重さが軽く、リーダ9よりも上方で伸縮可能となるようにリーダ9の上端に立設される付属リーダ10と、リーダ9から付属リーダ10にわたって設けられるレール11aと、ロッド13の上端に相対回転可能に取り付けられると共にレール11aに沿って昇降可能に設けられ、地盤改良材を供給するホースが接続されるスイベルジョイント16と、レール11aに沿って昇降可能に設けられ、ロッド13を保持又は解除すると共に保持したロッド13を回転させるロッドチャック12と、ロッドチャック12を昇降させる昇降機構17とを備える。【選択図】図1
