PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide road regulation equipment and a manufacturing technology thereof, manufacturable in a small lot, without requiring a metallic metal mold for injection molding.SOLUTION: A weight body (20) is provided to be used by being installed in a road regulation apparatus (10), and includes a thermoplastic resin base material (21) and a high specific gravity piece (22) mixedly existing in the base material (21), and comprises an upper part positioned upward in installation and a grounding part for contacting with a grounding surface in installation. The upper part comprises an installation part (11) to the road regulation apparatus (10), and the high specific gravity piece (22) is formed by being positioned between the grounding part and itself from the upper part, by mixedly existing in the base material (21).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 射出成形用の金属製金型を必要とせず、小ロットで製造可能な道路用規制器材およびその製造技術を提供する。【解決手段】 道路用規制器具(10)に装着して用いる錘体(20)を提供する。熱可塑性樹脂製の基材(21)と、その基材(21)に混在される高比重片(22)とを含み、設置時に上へ位置する上部と、設置時に接地面へ接する接地部と、を備える。前記の上部は、道路用規制器具(10)への装着部(11)を備え、前記の高比重片(22)は、前記の基材(21)へ混在されることで、前記の上部から接地部の間に位置させて形成した。【選択図】 図1
