REINFORCING STRUCTURE OF STEEL MATERIAL AND REINFORCING METHOD OF STEEL MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure of a steel material and a reinforcing method of the steel material in which a stress acting on the steel material is eased with FRP by reducing a layer thickness of bonding resin, and thereby a reinforcement portion of the steel material can reliably be reinforced, and repair and reinforcement are made possible with high working efficiency in a short time at low cost.SOLUTION: A reinforcing structure of a steel material is provided for bonding the FRP (FRP forming plate 3) having reinforcing fibers in a reinforcement portion of the steel material 2 with bonding resin 4 and reinforcing the steel material. The FRP (FRP forming plate 3) is pressed to the steel material 2 side continuously and uniformly till the bonding resin 4 is cured, and the cured layer thickness of the bonding resin 4 is uniformly made thinner than the layer thickness of the bonding resin 4 before the curing in the state where the FRP (FRP forming plate 3) is made to adhere and is held by surface tension of the bonding resin 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】接着樹脂の層厚を低減することにより、FRPで鋼材に作用する応力を緩和して鋼材の補強部分を確実に補強することができるとともに、作業効率が高く短時間で安価に補修や補強が可能な鋼材の補強構造及び鋼材の補強方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼材2の補強部分に補強繊維を有するFRP(FRP成形板3)を接着樹脂4で接着して補強する鋼材の補強構造において、接着樹脂4が硬化するまでの間、FRP(FRP成形板3)が鋼材2側に継続して均等に押圧して、接着樹脂4が表面張力でFRP(FRP成形板3)を付着保持している状態の硬化前の接着樹脂4の層厚より硬化後の接着樹脂4の層厚を均等に 薄くする。【選択図】図2
