PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load bearing wall, which does not require change of shape and dimension of a column cross section even if a long-term load applied on the column increases in its specification, and can restrict and easily cope with cost increase and widen ranges of applicable building, applicable specification and applicable region.SOLUTION: A load bearing wall 1 comprises: a pair of columns 11, 11, which bear a long-term load; a pair of vertical frame materials 3, 3, which are installed along an inner side in arrangement direction of the pair of columns 11, 11 so as not to contact the columns 11 and bear axial force when a horizontal load is applied; and a load bearing elements 7, 8, which are disposed between the vertical frame materials 3, 3. The load bearing wall is partitioned into vertically arranged multiple sections by disposing horizontal frame materials 4, 5, 6 between the pair of vertical frame materials 3, 3, and the load bearing elements 7, 8 may be disposed in each section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 柱に作用する長期荷重の負担が増大する仕様の場合でも、柱断面の形状や寸法の変更を行うことが不要で、コスト増を抑えて容易に対応でき、適用建物の範囲、適用仕様の範囲、適用地域の範囲を広げることができる耐力壁を提供する。【解決手段】 この耐力壁1は、長期荷重を負担する一対の柱11,11と、これら一対の柱11,11の並び方向の内側に沿い前記柱11と非接触に設置されて水平荷重作用時の軸力を負担する一対の縦フレーム材3,3と、これら縦フレーム材3,3間に設けられた耐力要素7,8とを備える。一対の縦フレーム材3,3間に横フレーム材4,5,6を設けて上下に並ぶ複数の区画に分け、各区画毎に耐力要素7,8を設けても良い。【選択図】 図1
