PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retroreflection sheet capable of improving curve surface follow ability without reducing a reflection performance.SOLUTION: A retroreflection sheet 1 of the invention has a retroreflection layer 10 and a binder layer 20. The retroreflection layer 10 comprises a plate-state holding body part 11 and plural retroreflection elements 12 arranged on one surface F1 of the holding body part 11. The binder layer 20 is arranged to face the surface of the retroreflection elements of the retroreflection layer 10, and has partially, a binding part for binding with the retroreflection layer 10. An elastic modulus of the binder layer 20 is lower than that of the holding body part 11, and the one surface F1 of the holding body part 11 has a region AR on which the retroreflection elements 12 do not exist, and the region AR has a recess part 13 which becomes dent toward the other surface F2 being opposite to the one surface F1 of the holding body part 11.
