PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide construction filler using coal ash not satisfying the standard of JIS A6201 (2015).SOLUTION: There is provided construction filler that suppresses solid-liquid separation in spite of containing a solidifying material and coal ash not satisfying the standard of JIS A6201 (2015) by simultaneously containing sludge water obtained by removing sand and gravel from washing water of raw concrete handling equipment and exhibits an effect of increasing the strength when solidified. The sludge water has a solid content of less than 1-25 mass% and has a compressive strength at age of 28 days of 3.5-30 N/mm. The construction filler further contains an agent for insolubilizing heavy metals and the like and a hexavalent chromium reducing agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】JISA6201(2015)の規格を満たさない石炭灰を用いた工事用充填材の提供。【解決手段】固化材と、JISA6201(2015)の規格を満たさない石炭灰を含有するにもかかわらず、生コンクリート取り扱い設備の洗浄水を砂および砂利とを分離して得られたスラッジ水とを同時に含有させることで固液分離を抑制し、固化した際の強度も高くなる効果を奏する工事用充填材。前記スラッジ水は固形分濃度が1〜25質量%未満であり、材齢28日における圧縮強度が3.5〜30N/mm2であり、重金属等不溶化剤及び六価クロム還元剤を更に含む工事用充填材。【選択図】なし
