PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high gas barrier property and incombustibility, reduce moisture permeability resistance and hold moisture permeability in an incombustible sheet material A having a coated layer 3 formed on a surface of a substrate for building 1.SOLUTION: A moisture permeable incombustible coating composition formed as a coated layer 3 on a surface of a substrate 1 contains a fine power of a high purity purified bentonite with montmorillonite percentage content of 85 wt.% or more, an inorganic amorphous filler as the inorganic amorphous filler and a soap-free emulsion resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築用基材１の表面に塗膜層３が形成された不燃性板材Ａにおいて、高いガスバリア性や不燃性を維持しながら、透湿抵抗を下げて透湿性を持たせるようにする。【解決手段】基材１の表面に塗膜層３として形成される透湿性不燃塗料組成物は、モンモリロナイト含有率が８５重量％以上の高純度の精製ベントナイトの微粉末と、無機非晶性フィラーとしての無機非晶性フィラーと、ソープフリーのエマルジョン樹脂とが含有されているものとする。【選択図】図１
