PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction system capable of extracting a place where a quantity of temporal change in gradient is present without costing much.SOLUTION: An extraction system 60 comprises an on-vehicle terminal 70 installed in a vehicle and a server 80 connected communicably with the on-vehicle terminal 70. The on-vehicle terminal 70 includes an acquisition part 71 which acquires gradient information representing a gradient of a place where the vehicle travels in such a case, and a transmission part 72 which transmits the acquired gradient information to the server 80, which includes an extraction part 81 extracting a place corresponding to gradient information whose temporal change quantity exceeds a predetermined value on the basis of the gradient information transmitted from the on-vehicle terminal 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
