ROTARY GRIP
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary grip enabled to be easily fitted to a thin lid body of a stainless steel plate etc.SOLUTION: A pedestal 10 supporting a grip ring 20 rotatably is formed of a face plate 11 and a pair of side plates 13 provided on the back thereof, and an inclined face 14 is formed on one end face of the side plate 13 to form a cut part 15 with the back of the face plate 11. A leaf spring 30 is fixed to a back other-end part of the face plate 11, and the leaf spring 30 is provided successively with a folded piece 33, a bent part 34, an inclined piece part 35, and an engagement piece 36. One end part of the side plate 13 of the pedestal 10 held in an inclined state is inserted into a grip fitting hole 2 formed in a lid body 1, an inner peripheral one end part of the grip fitting hole 2 is engaged in the cut part 15, and the other-end part of the face plate 11 of the pedestal 10 is pressed in so as to cause the inclined piece part 35 of the leaf spring 30 to elastically deform inward by contacting the inner peripheral other end part of the grip fitting hole 2. Then an inclined edge 37 of the engagement piece 36 is engaged with the inner peripheral other end part of the grip fitting hole 2 by restoring elasticity of the inclined piece part to fit a rotary grip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ステンレス板等の薄手の蓋体に対して簡単に取り付けることができるようにした回転把手を提供することである。【解決手段】把手環20を回転自在に支持する台座10を面板11と、その背面に設けられた一対の側板13とで形成し、その側板13の一端面に傾斜面14を形成して面板11における背面との間に切欠部15を形成する。面板11の背面他端部に板ばね30を固定し、その板ばね30に、折曲げ片33、屈曲部34、傾斜片部35および係合片36を順次設ける。傾斜状に保持した台座10の側板13の一端部を蓋体1に形成された把手取付孔2内に挿入して、切欠部15内に把手取付孔2の内周一端部を係合し、台座10における面板11の他端部の押し込みにより、板ばね30の傾斜片部35を把手取付孔2の内周他端との接触により内向きに弾性変形させ、その復元弾性により係合片36の傾斜縁37を把手取付孔2の内周他端に係合させて、回転把手の取り付けとする。【選択図】図6
