PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock device assembling method capable of simplifying assembling work.SOLUTION: A door lock device assembling method comprises following processes: a lever lock assembling process to assemble a lever lock 31, which switches whether or not door opening operation is transmitted to a door latch device, to a first axis 3b set on a case 3 supporting the door latch device; a wheel assembling process to assembly a worm wheel 32, which actuates the lever lock by a power of a motor 30, to a second axis 3c set on the case by overlaying the worm wheel on the lever lock assembled on the first axis; and a spring assembling process to overlay a spring 33, which gives an energizing force to the lever lock in rotation direction, on the lever lock assembled on the first axis and engage the spring with a protrusion 311h of the lever lock and assemble the spring to the third axis 3d set on the case.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】組み付け作業を簡素化することができるドアロック装置の組立方法を提供する。【解決手段】ドアロック装置の組立方法は、ドアラッチ装置を支持するケース３に設けられた第一軸３ｂに対して、開扉操作をドアラッチ装置に伝達するか否かを切り替えるレバーロック３１を組み付けるレバーロック組み付け工程と、モータ３０の動力によってレバーロックを動作させるウォームホイール３２を、第一軸に組み付けられたレバーロックの上に重ねながらケースに設けられた第二軸３ｃに組み付けるホイール組み付け工程と、レバーロックに回転方向の付勢力を与えるスプリング３３を、第一軸に組み付けられたレバーロックの上に重ねてレバーロックの突起３１１ｈに係合させると共にケースに設けられた第三軸３ｄに組み付けるスプリング組み付け工程とを含む。【選択図】図３
