ELECTRONIC LOCK FOR ILLEGALLY PARKED BICYCLE, AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT METHOD USING THE SAME FOR ILLEGALLY PARKED BICYCLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system and others for an illegally parked bicycle that do not require a personnel cost or a vehicle cost for a worker engaged in removal work, or a storage place for the illegally parked bicycle.SOLUTION: An electronic lock 2 for a bicycle is to be fitted on a wheel of a bicycle, and includes a battery section, a wireless communication section 21 with a built-in wireless communication chip, an unlocking drive section 26 for unlocking the electronic lock based on an unlocking signal from the wireless communication section 21, and a GPS section 27 for acquiring a position information of the locked electronic lock for a bicycle. The wireless communication section 21 with the built-in wireless chip includes a telephone call function for an owner of an illegally parked bicycle when the owner requests a locking person to unlock the electronic key for a bicycle, and a mutual transmission function for exchanging a locking information and unlocking information between the main body of electronic lock for a bicycle and an electronic lock management server owned by the locking person. A management system for an illegally parked bicycle comprises the electronic lock 2 for a bicycle and an account settling machine 3 with a payment management function and the wireless communication function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
