PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation panel that has a heat insulation material prevented from leaking out of an injection hole of a frame material when the heat insulation material in an uncured state is charged.SOLUTION: A heat insulation panel comprises: an outer shell body having a pair of surface plates 23, a frame material 30 fitted to peripheral edges of the surface plates 23, and an injection hole 33 penetrating the frame material 30 to connect the outside to a space between the surface plates; a valve device having a main body part having its front side mounted on an inner surface of the frame material 30 to overlap with the injection hole 33, an inner injection hole formed of a hole penetrating the main body part in a front-rear direction to connect with the injection hole 33, a valve seat unit including a flat valve seat surface formed of a rear-side surface of the main body part and surrounding the inner injection hole, a fitting surface adjoining the valve seat surface, a fixed part fixed to the fitting surface, and a valve body made of a flexible sheet including a movable part superposed on the valve surface to close the inner injection hole in a closed state and raised away from the valve seat surface in an open state; and a heat insulator foamed and charged in the outer shell body through the injection hole 33 and inner injection hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】未硬化の断熱材を充填した際に枠材の注入孔から外部に断熱材が漏出することが防止された断熱パネルの提供。【解決手段】一対の表面板23、表面板23の周縁に取り付けられる枠材30、及び外部と表面板の間の空間とを繋ぐように枠材30を貫通する注入孔33を有する外殻体と、枠材30の内面に注入孔33と重なるように前側が装着される本体部、注入孔33と繋がるように本体部を前後方向で貫通する孔からなる内側注入孔、本体部の後側の表面からなり内側注入孔を取り囲む平坦な弁座面、及び弁座面に隣接する取付面を含む弁座ユニットと、取付面に固定される固定部、及び閉状態の際に内側注入孔を塞ぐように弁座面に重ねられ、開状態の際に弁座面から離れるように立ち上がる可動部を含む可撓性のシートからなる弁体とを有する弁装置と、注入孔33及び内側注入孔を介して外殻体内に発泡充填される断熱体とを備える。【選択図】図3
