HEAT RAY REFLECTIVE MATERIAL, WINDOW, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR HEAT RAY REFLECTIVE MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat ray reflective material and window, which offer a heat insulating property as well as superior light resistance, scratch resistance, and radio wave transparency, and to provide a method of manufacturing such a heat ray reflective material.SOLUTION: A heat ray reflective material 10 and window are disclosed comprising; a support body 16; a conductive particle-containing layer 14 that contains fibrous conductive particles having an average length of 5-20 μm and a binder and exhibits a thickness expansion rate of 2.2% or less as derived from thickness thereof before and after being subjected to an environment with temperature of 63°C and relative humidity of 50% for 24 hours; and a protective layer 12 containing a metallic alkoxide-derived metal oxide, in order from the support body side. A method of manufacturing such a heat ray reflective material is also disclosed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】断熱性を有し、かつ、耐光性、耐傷性及び電波透過性に優れた熱線反射材料及び窓並びに熱線反射材料の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】支持体16上に、平均長さが5μm〜20μmである繊維状導電粒子、及びバインダーを含み、温度63℃、相対湿度50%の環境条件下で24時間経時させた場合の経時前後における厚みの膨張率が2.2%以下である導電粒子含有層14と、金属アルコキシドに由来する金属酸化物を含む保護層12と、を支持体側から順に有する熱線反射材料10及び窓並びに熱線反射材料の製造方法である。【選択図】図1
