PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete admixture for freezing damage countermeasure that has hollow microspheres simply and safely admixed in concrete to markedly improve freeze-thaw resistance.SOLUTION: A concrete admixture for freezing damage countermeasure is (1) a concrete admixture for freezing damage countermeasure configured by encapsulating hollow microspheres in a bag of water-soluble paper, (2) a concrete admixture for freezing damage countermeasure of (1) where the water-soluble paper is made from wood pulp, (3) a concrete admixture for freezing damage countermeasure of (1) or (2) configured by sealing the bag of water-soluble paper under crimping, and (4) a concrete admixture for freezing damage countermeasure of any of (1)-(3) where 10 g of the water-soluble paper is added in 500 ml of water at 20°C to make an aggregate-free state at an agitation time of 30 seconds or less by visual observation when agitated at 800 rpm with a stirrer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
