CAST-IN-PLACE JOINT STRUCTURE OF PRECAST FLOOR SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of restraining the occurrence of a crack even to stress concentration to a fixing head part of a joint reinforcement, by reducing a thickness of a joint structure part.SOLUTION: A joint structure is provided so that a large number of joint reinforcements 20A and 20B are projected from respective precast floor slabs in a joint interval L between the precast floor slabs 20 of mutually oppositely juxtaposing joint side surfaces 20a and 20b, and the joint reinforcements projected from its both precast floor slabs are overlapped by the constant length, and cast-in-place concrete 23 is placed in the joint interval L by burying the joint reinforcement, and comprises an upper side joint reinforcement 20A projected from the upper side of the joint side surface of the precast floor slab and a lower side joint reinforcement 20B projected from the lower side of the joint side surface, and comprises a fixing head part 22 of a larger diameter than a reinforcement diameter of the joint reinforcement in a projection end part of both upper-lower side joint reinforcements, and comprises a curved part 24 of bending to the central side in the thickness direction of the precast floor slab in any one or both of both upper-lower side joint reinforcements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】継手構造部分の厚さを小さくし、継手鉄筋の定着用頭部に対する応力集中に対しても亀裂発生を抑制できる構造とする。【解決手段】継手側面20a,20bを互いに対向させて並べたプレキャスト床版20間の継手用間隔L内に、各プレキャスト床版から多数の継手鉄筋20A,20Bを突出させ、その両プレキャスト床版から突出させた継手鉄筋を一定長さだけオーバーラップさせ、該継手鉄筋を埋め込んで継手用間隔L内に場所打ちコンクリート23を打設する継手構造であって、プレキャスト床版の継手側面の上側から突出させた上側継手鉄筋20Aと、同継手側面の下側から突出させた下側継手鉄筋20Bとを有し、上下側の両継手鉄筋の突出端部に該継手鉄筋の鉄筋径より大きい径の定着用頭部22を備え、上下側の両継手鉄筋の何れか一方又は両方にプレキャスト床版の厚さ方向の中央側に折り曲げた湾曲部24を備える。【選択図】図1
