WINDOW REGULATOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WINDOW REGULATOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator which enables enhancement of assembly workability and a method for manufacturing a window regulator.SOLUTION: An assembly process concerning a window regulator has: a first process in which a second wire support member 22 is fixed to the other end of a guide rail 20 in a longer direction; a second process in which a first wire support member 21 is so supported on one end of the guide rail 20 as to be rotatable around a support part 202 of the guide rail; and a third process in which by rotating the first wire support member 21 in a prescribed direction, a spring, which is held by the first wire member 21 and gives a tensile force onto a wire 3, is compressed, and in the state that the spring is compressed and gives a tensile force onto the wire, the first wire support member 21 is fixed to the guide rail 20, thereby regulating rotation of the first support member 21 in a direction opposite to the prescribed direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】組付作業性を向上することができるウインドレギュレータ及びウインドレギュレータの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ウインドレギュレータに係る組付工程は、第2のワイヤ支持部材22をガイドレール20の長手方向の他端部に固定する第1工程と、第1のワイヤ支持部材21をガイドレールの支持部202を中心として回動可能にガイドレール20の一端部に軸支させる第2工程と、第1のワイヤ支持部材21を所定の方向に回動させることにより、第1のワイヤ支持部材21に保持され、ワイヤ3に張力を付与するバネを圧縮し、バネが圧縮されワイヤに張力を付与した状態で第1のワイヤ支持部材21をガイドレール20に固定して所定の方向の反対方向への第1のワイヤ支持部材21の回動を規制する第3工程とを有する。【選択図】図5
