METHOD FOR REPAIRING EXISTING TANK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repairing an existing tank by replacing bottom plates and the lowest stage side plates without generating moment in the side plates, and furthermore, foundation work can be also done.SOLUTION: A method for repairing an existing tank comprises: providing opening parts (5) in last stage side plates (2) when an existing tank is repaired; attaching supporting members (8) to the respective opening parts to support the tank (1) at directly under the side walls; provide openings (13) under lower ends of the respective side walls over the whole circumference with a height corresponding to the opening parts and support members; and while keeping supporting the tank in a natural attitude, performing replacement of bottom plates, foundation work and replacement of the lowest stage side walls.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】 側板にモーメントを生じさせることなく、底板、側板最下段の取り替え、更には基礎工事も行うことができる、既設タンクの改修を行うための工法を提供する。【解決手段】 既設タンクの改修時に側板最下段（２）に開口部（５）を設け、この開口部に支持具（８）を設置して側板の直下でタンク（１）を支持し、該開口部ないし支持具に対応する高さの開口（１３）を側板下端に全周に亘って設け、タンクを自然の姿勢のまま支持しながら、底板の取り替え、基礎工事及び側板最下段の取り替えを行う。【選択図】 図６
