HYDRAULIC SETTING POLYMER CEMENT COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic setting polymer cement composition having sufficient mold resistance even by conducting an evaluation method for simulatively reproducing cleaning by hot water conducted for a food factory floor, excellent in heat impact resistance due to repeatedly flowing down hot water and having impact resistance without detachment even when a heavy object is dropped down.SOLUTION: A hydraulic setting polymer cement composition contains polyol, polyisocyanate, cement, an aggregate and water. The polyol is made of castor oil modified trifunctional polyol and tetrafunctional polyol having a bisphenol A skeleton, has hydroxyl group equivalent of the castor oil modified trifunctional polyol of 250 to 400, hydroxyl group equivalent of the tetra-functional polyol having the bisphenol A skeleton of 250 to 450, and total number of the cement and the aggregate of 75 to 90 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the whole composition. The composition contains a mold resistant agent made of a benzimidazole-based compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】食品工場床で行われているような熱水による洗浄を模擬的に再現した評価方法を行っても十分な防かび性を有すると共に、該熱水が繰り返し流下することによる耐熱衝撃性に優れ、また重量物が落下しても剥離しないような耐衝撃性を有する水硬性ポリマーセメント組成物を提供する。【解決手段】ポリオール、ポリイソシアネート、セメント、骨材及び水を含有してなる水硬性ポリマーセメント組成物であって、ポリオールはヒマシ油変性３官能ポリオールとビスフェノールＡ骨格を有する４官能ポリオールとから成り、ヒマシ油変性３官能ポリオールは水酸基当量が２５０〜４００であり、ビスフェノールＡ骨格を有する４官能ポリオールは水酸基当量が２５０〜４５０であり、セメント及び骨材の合計部数は組成物全体１００重量部中の７５〜９０重量部であり、ベンズイミダゾール系化合物から成る防かび剤を含むことを特徴とする水硬性ポリマーセメント組成物である。【選択図】なし
