PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight skid capable of being carried by human power.SOLUTION: In a skid, upper and lower rectangular flat plate-like plates are arranged in parallel. A plurality of columnar reinforcement materials are arranged between the upper and lower plates. The columnar reinforcement materials are arranged in parallel in lengthwise directions of the upper and lower plates, and two opposed surfaces are joined to the upper and lower plates, respectively.
