PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form that enables curing water to be uniformly supplied to a concrete surface.SOLUTION: A concrete form 1 includes a water supply layer 2 for coating a concrete surface, and a sheathing board 3 that is formed along the backside of the water supply layer 2. The water supply layer 2 is made of a sheet material with water permeability. The sheathing board 3 is divided into an upper part 4 and other parts 5, and the inside of at least the upper part 4 is hollow to enable curing water to leach out from a water supply layer 2 side surface of the upper part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
