BRIDGE DISASSEMBLY METHOD OF USING INSTALLATION GIRDER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge disassembly method capable of safely and inexpensively disassembling a bridge having a girder difficult to finely disassemble only by an ordinary cutting device in a short construction period.SOLUTION: A bridge disassembly method comprises a suspension process of respectively suspending-lifting respective end parts in the longitudinal direction of a girder (a steel girder K1) of respective spans for constituting a bridge B by two moving-lifting devices 5 and a horizontal movement process of making the girder suspended by the suspension process travel along an installation girder body 3 by the moving-lifting device 5 and horizontally moving the girder by placing one end in the longitudinal direction of the girder on a horizontal movement device (a carriage) capable of traveling on the bridge B, by using an installation girder 1 provided with two portal frames 2, the installation girder body 3, a manually extending girder 4 extended to the opposite side in the disassembly advance direction of this installation girder body 3 and two moving-lifting devices 5 constituted so as to be capable of traveling along the installation girder body 3, and disassembles the bridge B by carrying-out the girder horizontally moved to an upper surface of the bridge B in the horizontal movement process by successively moving to the span for disassembling the installation girder 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】通常の斫り装置だけでは細かく解体することが困難な桁を有する橋梁を安全かつ短工期で安価に解体することができる橋梁の解体工法を提供する。【解決手段】2台の門型フレーム2と、架設桁本体3と、この架設桁本体3の解体進行方向反対側に延設された手延べ桁4と、架設桁本体3に沿って走行可能に構成された2台の移動揚重装置5と、が設けられた架設桁1を用いて、2台の移動揚重装置5で橋梁Bを構成する各径間の桁(鋼桁K1)の長手方向の各端部をそれぞれ吊り上げ揚重する吊上げ工程と、吊上げ工程で吊上げた桁を、移動揚重装置5を架設桁本体3に沿って走行させるとともに、橋梁B上を走行可能な横移動装置(台車)の上に桁の長手方向の一端を載置して桁を横移動する横移動工程と、を備え、架設桁1を解体する径間に順次移動させて横移動工程で橋梁Bの上面に横移動させた桁を搬出して橋梁Bを解体する。【選択図】図3
