DESIGNATED RANGE MONITORING SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a movement direction of a movable body moving on a boundary of a designated range in a construction site, and accurately detect entering to the designated range, in a designated range monitoring system configured to monitor entering of a person, a vehicle or the like to the designated range.SOLUTION: A designated range monitoring system includes an imaging device 1, a control device 2 and a warning device 3, and monitors entering of a person, a vehicle or the like to a designated range in a construction site. The imaging device 1 images the construction site in a bird's eye view from above, setting means included in the imaging device 1 or the control device 2 sets a designated range to be monitored in an imaging range of an imaging device 1, detection means included in the imaging device 1 or the control device 2 detects that a person, a vehicle or the like enters the set designated range and transmits entering information, and then the warning device 3 receives the entering information to emit alarm. The detection means determines a movement direction of a movable body by an order of detecting the movable body in each of the designated range, a first determination region and a second determination region, and detects entering to the designated range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】工事現場の指定範囲への人や車両等の侵入を監視するための指定範囲監視システムにおいて、指定範囲の境界を移動する動体の移動方向を判定し、指定範囲への侵入検知を正確に行う。【解決手段】撮影装置１と、制御装置２と、警報装置３とを有し、工事現場の指定範囲への人や車両等の侵入を監視する指定範囲監視システムであって、撮影装置１が、工事現場を上方から俯瞰して撮影し、撮影装置１又は制御装置２に備えられた設定手段が、撮影装置１による撮影範囲内に監視対象の指定範囲を設定し、撮影装置１又は制御装置２に備えられた検知手段が、設定した指定範囲内に人や車両等が侵入したことを検知して侵入情報を発信し、警報装置３が、侵入情報を受信して警報する。検知手段は、指定範囲、第１判定領域及び第２判定領域の各々における動体検出の順番により動体の移動方向を判定して、指定範囲内への侵入を検知する。【選択図】図２
