PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid cord using reinforced polyethylene for compensating the defect of a vinylon solid cord which is weak in tensile strength as compared with other cords and is further weakened when wetted by rain water, and using ester for improving tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and light resistance.SOLUTION: Twelve bundles which comprise ten mixed yarn bundles (7) formed by mixing six No.5 count vinylon yarns with an appropriate number of reinforced polyethylene 400d yarns having excellent light resistance, and which comprise two ester yarn bundles (7 of 7) are turned around the surface of a cord core (10) in the center of a cord. The cord is braided in a loose manner such that the frequency of beating is low, and a pitch is long and loose. As a result, the cord swells to be thick. In order to prevent the deterioration of commercial value for safe work due to this, a water soluble resin (8) is adhered to and impregnated into the loosely beaten cord or a core cord (3 of 3) and dried, thereby eliminating thick and swell feeling due to loose beating to obtain a solid cord having improved commercial value for safe work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ビニロン金剛打ち紐は他の紐等と比べて、引っ張り強度が弱く、その上雨水に濡れると尚弱化するので、その弱点を補強のため強化ポリエチレン及び引っ張り強化と摩耗耐光性強化の為にエステルを用いた金剛打ち紐の提供。【解決手段】ビニロン糸5番手6本を強化ポリエチレン400d耐光性に優れた適数本を混合した混合集糸束(7)10束にエステル集糸束(7の7)2束の12束を紐の中心紐の芯(10)に表面を周囲回転、打ち込みを少なくピッチを長く甘く製紐はダラダラに甘く、太く脹らみ安全作業性商品価値の下落を防ぐ為に甘打紐又は芯紐(3の3)に水溶性樹脂(8)を付着浸透乾燥して甘打ちダラダラ太く膨らみ感の解消して安全作業性商品価値の向上金剛打ち紐。【選択図】図1
