MANHOLE COVER WITH ADVERTISEMENT (MANHOLE ADVERTISEMENT), AND ADVERTISEMENT METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a design manhole using a new method, and provide a utilization method thereof.SOLUTION: A manhole cover displays an explanation and guide for a facility, and an advertisement method uses the manhole cover for a unified advertisement and therefore enhance an image on a municipality. An example is use of the manhole cover at a medical facility, for advertising a direction pursued by a regional municipality trying to develop an energetic and cheerful town considerate for the people's health. The method enables the municipality to convey many concepts regarded as important using the manhole cover, such as universal design, safety and security, health and preventive medicine, support for elders over lifetime, child rearing, conservation of sound living environment, promotion of advanced medicine, facility investment, medical tours and dealing with guests from overseas, creation of jobs for handicapped and aged persons, etc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】新たな手法を用いたデザインマンホールの開発，ならびにこれの活用方法の提供。【解決手段】施設の説明表示と，施設の誘導表示を備えることを特徴とするマンホール蓋，およびこのマンホール蓋を用いて統一的な広告宣伝を行い，自治体のイメージを向上させる宣伝方法。一例として，マンホール蓋を医療施設を目的に用いることにより，地方自治体として，健康にやさしく，元気で明るい街づくりを目指している方向性を広告宣伝するものであり，これにより，ユニバーサル，安全安心，健康・予防医療，高齢者渉外支援，子育て，生活環境保全，先進医療活性化，設備投資，医療ツアー・外客対応，障害者・高齢者の効用創出など，自治体としての重視しているこれらのコンセプトの発信を，マンホール蓋を通じて行うことができる。【選択図】図１
