PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation panel in which members composing a frame can be jointed without an adhesive agent.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a pair of surface plates 23 spaced apart from and facing each other; a frame 30 surrounding a peripheral edge of the pair of surface plates 23; and a thermal insulation material 25 filling in an internal space 27 surrounded by the pair of surface plates 23 and the frame 30. The frame 30 includes at least a corner member 31 and a first outer peripheral frame 40 assembled to each other, the corner member 31 having a recess 35 and the first outer peripheral frame 40 having a salient 43 to be fitted to the recess 35. On a side face 43B of the salient 43, a projection 45 is provided projecting towards a surface 35B of the recess 35. On the surface 35B of the recess 35, a fitting part 35D to which the projection 45 is fitted in is provided in a recessed manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】接着剤を用いることなく、枠材を構成する部材同士を連結することが可能な断熱パネルを提供する。【解決手段】互いに間隔を保ちつつ対向配置された一対の表面板２３と、一対の表面板２３の周縁部を取り囲む枠材３０と、一対の表面板２３及び枠材３０により囲まれた内部空間２７に充填される断熱材２５と、を備え、枠材３０は、互いに組み付けられるコーナー部材３１及び第１外周枠材４０を少なくとも備え、コーナー部材３１は、凹部３５を有し、第１外周枠材４０は、凹部３５に嵌合される凸部４３を有し、凸部４３の側面４３Ｂには、凹部３５の表面３５Ｂに向かって突出する突起部４５が設けられ、凹部３５の表面３５Ｂには、突起部４５が嵌合される嵌合部３５Ｄが凹設されていることに特徴を有する。【選択図】図４
