PANEL AND DOOR WITH DECORATIVE JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a joint part 20 of a door A as a panel with a decorative joint without using a decorative joint material, thereby reducing costs and preventing defective design caused by dislocation of the decorative joint material.SOLUTION: A door A includes a constituent core material 1 having vertical core materials 2 and top and bottom core materials 3, 4 located on both edge parts in a width direction and a lengthwise direction, and intermediate core materials 6, 7 arranged and fixed between the vertical core materials 2 and between the top and bottom core materials 3, 4 at an intermediate part in the width direction. Furthermore, a plurality of decorative panel materials 12, 12, ... are fixed on front and rear surfaces of the constituent core material 1 by adhesion. The adjacent decorative panel materials 12, 12 are fixed on the constituent core material 1 leaving a gap S at a position of the intermediate core material 6, and the gap S forms a joint part 20 with the intermediate core material 6 forming a joint bottom 20a. The joint part 20 is of a dovetail groove form with a width widening toward inside from an opening side. A portion of the intermediate core material 6 corresponding to the joint bottom 20a of the joint part 20 is colored using a coloring tack sheet or a butt end tape 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】化粧目地付きパネルとしてのドアＡの目地部２０を、化粧目地材を要することなく形成してコストダウンを図りかつ化粧目地材の外れによる意匠性の悪化の不具合を防ぐ。【解決手段】ドアＡは、幅方向及び長さ方向の両端部に位置する縦芯材２及び上下芯材３，４と、この縦芯材２及び上下芯材３，４間に配置されて固定され、幅方向の中間部に位置する中間芯材６，７とを有する構成芯材１を備え、この構成芯材１の表裏面に複数枚の化粧パネル材１２，１２，…が接着により固定されている。隣り合う化粧パネル材１２，１２は、中間芯材６の位置で隙間Ｓを空けた状態で構成芯材１に固定され、その隙間Ｓにより中間芯材６を目地底２０ａとする目地部２０が形成されている。この目地部２０は、幅が開口側から奥側に向かって広がっている奥広がりの蟻溝形状であり、目地部２０の目地底２０ａに相当する中間芯材６に着色タックシート又は木口テープ２３により着色が施されている。【選択図】図１
