HEAT EXCHANGING SEGMENT AND HEAT EXCHANGING SYSTEM USED IN TUNNEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging segment installed in a shield tunnel, which prevents decline in workability and water shielding property at a connection, by disconnecting pipe end parts of heat exchangers of the adjacent heat exchanging segments.SOLUTION: A heat exchanging segment of the present invention includes a heat exchanging segment body 11 for exchanging heat between a shield tunnel T and a ground, and a heat exchanger 20 forming a part of a fluid circulation route for transferring the heat to a circulating fluid and transferring the circulating fluid to outside of the heat exchanging segment body. The heat exchanger includes a heat exchanging pipe 21 formed to a prescribed shape in a prescribed range in a thickness direction of the segment body, a pipe end part 22 provided on an end side of the heat exchanging pipe and serving as an inflow part and an outflow part of the heat exchanger, and a pipe end part 23 provided on the other end side of the heat exchanging pipe and serving as the inflow part and the outflow part of the heat exchanger. A plurality of the heat exchangers form a group of heat exchangers 5 connected continuously without disruption.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】シールドトンネルの熱交換用セグメントの設置と、隣接する熱交換用セグメントの熱交換器の管端部間の接続とを切り離し、作業性の低下、接続部の遮水性能の低下を招くことがない熱交換用セグメントの提供。【解決手段】本発明は、シールドトンネルTの地中等と熱交換を行うための熱交換用セグメント本体11と、この熱を循環流体に移動させるともに循環流体を熱交換用セグメント本体の外部に移動させる流体循環路の一部を形成する熱交換器20を備えている。熱交換器は、セグメント本体の厚さ方向の所定の範囲に所定の形状に形成されている熱交換用管部21と、熱交換用管部の一方の端部側に設けられ熱交換器の流入部、流出部となる管端部22と、熱交換用管部の他方の端部側に設けられ熱交換器の流出部、流入部となる管端部23とを有する。複数の熱交換器は一筆書き状に接続された熱交換器群5を形成する。【選択図】図3
