ANTI-CORROSION STRUCTURE OF STEEL SHEET PILE OR STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-corrosion structure of a steel sheet pile or a steel pipe sheet pile that prevents corrosion of a steel sheet pile or a steel pipe sheet pile by multi-layered corrosion-proofing, the anti-corrosion structure being installed in a simpler way and preventing tilting of an anti-corrosive metallic thin plate at a fixed part of an anti-corrosion cover for securing adhesiveness of the anti-corrosion cover and offering anti-corrosion performance for certain.SOLUTION: An anti-corrosion structure is formed on a waterside surface of a steel sheet pile or a steel pipe sheet pile installed underwater in a sea with electrolytic protection provided thereon, and includes a spring member comprising an anti-corrosive long metallic plate. The spring member is divided into a first part and a second part with a folding line as a boundary, while the anti-corrosive metallic plate includes a body part and a flat folded-back part at an edge side. The flat folded-back part holds the first part of the spring member and the second part of the spring member is disposed to adhere on a rear surface of the body part, the second part pressing a cushion layer toward a surface of the steel sheet pile or the steel pipe sheet pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鋼矢板や鋼管矢板を複層被覆防食で防食する際、防食カバーの固定部分において耐食性金属薄板が傾かず防食カバーの密着性が確保され、確実に防食性能を発揮できる、より簡単な作業で構成することができる鋼矢板または鋼管矢板の防食構造体の提供。【解決手段】海中部分に電気防食を施した鋼矢板または鋼管矢板における水際の表面に形成する防食構造体であって、耐食性を備える長尺状の金属板からなるバネ部材を有し、バネ部材は折り目を境界として第1部と第2部とに分かれており、耐食性金属薄板は本体部と辺縁に形成された平坦折返部とを備え、平坦折返部がバネ部材の第1部を挟み、第2部が本体部の裏面に付くように配置され、バネ部材の第2部がクッション層を鋼矢板または鋼管矢板の表面方向へ押し付けるように作用する鋼矢板または鋼管矢板の防食構造体。【選択図】図2
