PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises and vibrations during work for installation of underground heat exchange piping, and reduce an installation cost.SOLUTION: A steel sheet pile 120 having an underground heat exchange function includes: a steel sheet pile base 122; a storage part 124 which is provided in the steel sheet pile base and within which a storage space extended in a longitudinal direction of the steel sheet pile base is formed; heat exchange piping 126 which is housed in the storage space and through which a heat medium is circulated; and protrusions (fins 122e and 124c) which are provided in either or both of the steel sheet pile base and the storage part to increase an area of contact with underground sediment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
